about the 5th time used lifestyle blinds, normally give them excellent. But this time we had 3 problems, the top fixing brackets were white instead of black, and also asked for chain on the left, but it was on the right. And also asked for charlie thunder but got kobe thunder, although because using in spare room the shade was not enought to worry about. And the other 2 problems were only minor and we can live with it.

Made and paid over £300 for slat replacements and didn’t hear anything. I had to get in touch only to be told it would be a three week wait…wish I’d known as I’d have gone to an alternative company. Order not yet delivered and no further updates. Hope it’s worth the wait but please just stay in touch with your customers!

Website easy to negotiate. Ordering process simple. Samples arrived quickly. Using the samples showed that I needed to make a slight adjustment with a file to attach the slats to an existing rail. It wasn’t an issue and it saved me having to buy a complete new blind. Full order arrived in quick time and was extremely well packed. 110% happy with the product. They are solid and easily wiped clean which is great for kitchen areas and patio doorways, especially if you have dogs going in and out all day.
