Had exactly what I was looking for and it was easy to navigate and purchase. Delivery was good (across a bank holiday) and used DPD. The blind exceeded my expectation and I'm delighted. I know where I'll be making future purchases

I ordered a electric block out blind with solar charger and remote control. However, the blind arrived with no solar charger and no remote control !! I cant even use the blind manually because you didn't even supply a beaded cord with it.
Come guys this is basic quality control.
If I'm spending £50 on a cheap blind then you can half expect that a screw or two might be missing, but if you are spending £400 on a blind you expect first rate quality control and customer service.

I ordered some samples as I needed to replace some damaged PVC rigid slats. I decided to replace all of the slats as one particulater pattern looked really nice. I ordered late Sunday afternoon, but by Monday morning I received an email informing me that pattern was discontinued and my payment would be refunded.
No explanation of why the order had been accepted, no indication that the sample was a discontinued style.
I am disappointed at the terse tone of the email, and I won't be buying anything else from this business.

Ordered replacement slats for the rigid vertical blinds for patio doors, was concerned the might not match as my blinds are nearly 10 years old. I shouldn't have worried, they are a perfect match. Saved me from having to replace the full blind.

Advertising 5-7 working days until despatch for the blinds I chose then under a strict deadline. Took 9 days then a further 2 for delivery. Useless to me now. I called this call centre who are the middle man to the actual company 3 times before getting any answers to my question of the option to expedite the late order to be told “no sorry”. Poor customer service

Great products, just what I wanted. I ordered the wrong fixing brackets but after sales service was very responsive and sent alternatives within a day!

about the 5th time used lifestyle blinds, normally give them excellent.
But this time we had 3 problems, the top fixing brackets were white instead of black,
and also asked for chain on the left, but it was on the right.
And also asked for charlie thunder but got kobe thunder, although because using in spare room
the shade was not enought to worry about. And the other 2 problems were only minor and we can live with it.

Replacemnent slats arrived and needed slight trimming to the hole, saved the expense of a new track---excellent recycling.

Made and paid over £300 for slat replacements and didn’t hear anything. I had to get in touch only to be told it would be a three week wait…wish I’d known as I’d have gone to an alternative company. Order not yet delivered and no further updates. Hope it’s worth the wait but please just stay in touch with your customers!
